Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?
We cannot guarantee that we will remove all carpet spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a role in this. Our technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry after a carpet cleaning?
The drying time for your carpet can vary depending on factors such as humidity, temperature, and airflow, typically taking between 8 to 24 hours. To help speed up the process, consider using fans in the cleaned areas and adjusting your air conditioning or heating system according to the season. Be sure to leave protective blocks under furniture legs and any paper beneath upholstered items until both the carpet and furniture are fully dry to avoid color transfer. While it’s safe to walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning, avoid wearing outdoor shoes to prevent re-soiling. Instead, use clean, rubber-soled shoes. Be cautious when moving from damp carpeted areas to non-carpeted floors to prevent slipping.
